Approach

I creatively weave my experience with evidence based practices to provide the highest standard in compassionate care. As a trauma, depression, and relational therapist I focus on body, mind, and relationship integration to support clients in finding greater wellbeing. In addition, I offer EMDR, DBT, IFS, and nature based therapy.

Body:  We will work together to heal past wounds stored in the body and learn strategies to take control in times of intense pain, sensations, and emotions.

Mind: We are often our greatest critic. Together, we will explore and identify the various parts of self and work to cultivate a sense of wholeness and improve self esteem.

Relationship: We all need a shoulder to lean on from time to time, and as humans we feel best when we are connected to others who are warm and attuned to us.
